Surrey County Council and its partners are seeking the views of residents who fund their own care and have developed anonline survey to gather their views.
It is estimated that Surrey currently has up to 32,000 residents, over the age of 50, who currently fund their own care, which is higher compared to other areas around the country.
They are therefore researching local residents’ understanding of social care needs and care and support available, what they currently pay for and find out if they plan for future care needs.
The survey results will be used to identify any information and advice requirements and inform future care and support services.

The survey is running from 21st July until 23rd August 2015.
