Seymours donates £1000 to ACS

When Angela Goman-Smith sold her house earlier this year, estate agent Lloyd Moss was moved to donate £1,000 from the sale fees to the charity she works for – Action for Carers Surrey. Lloyd, who opened the Horsell branch of Seymours with partner Ian Campbell in May, made the gesture after hearing about the work that Action for Carers Surrey does.

He said: “Angela was one of our first customers and when she told me about her work for carers I knew I wanted to help.”

ACS Chief Executive Officer Jane Thornton, pictured top right with Angela and Lloyd, commented, “We can’t thank Lloyd and Seymours enough for this generous donation.” The money will buy a hearing loop to be used at ACS forums and other events involving carers.
