Join us to look at managing the ups and downs of being a carer, and the importance of giving yourself some time out.

‘Being well, doing well’

If you’re a carer, there’s a lot to juggle, and it can be stressful.

This workshop session, run by Taj Gilligan, of Even Keel for Life, looks at how to manage your responsibilities and the stresses of being a carer  –  and look after yourself too.

These ‘Being well, doing well’ sessions give you the tools to help you to recognise and address issues that arise because of your caring role.  You will understand the importance of giving yourself time out, while increasing your confidence and self-esteem, learning approaches to help you look after yourself better.

The session is being run at The Maltings in Farnham – Bridge Square, Farnham GU9 7QR.
