We have Hospital Carer Advisors in Surrey’s main hospitals, there to help carers like you. The Advisors can help with advice, support, information and work to ensure smooth communications between you and the hospital staff.
If you would like to learn more about how our Hospital Carer Support Advisors can support you in a hospital setting, plus what support and special arrangements are available to carers in Surrey’s hospitals generally, please join us for this session. We’ll give a helpful overview of the support available.
The presentation will last approximately 45 minutes and then you will have an opportunity to ask questions. Hospital Advisors Tamzin and Katie will be running this session.
This will be a video meet up using Zoom and is open to all our registered carers although spaces are limited.
