When you’re a carer for someone with mobility issues, it’s important to know how to help them correctly – without hurting them, or yourself.
It’s also important to know how to look after your back generally, even if you don’t help the person you care for move about.
Advisors from our Moving and Handling team will talk about how to keep your back strong and supple, as well as move someone safely, as well as general good practice on back care.
