Checking we have the right information for you

We’re currently checking with some (not all) of our carers, to make sure we have the right information for you.

If you have not been in touch with us directly for support in the last two years, we will have sent you an email or letter to find out if you still want our support. The communication links to a form which also asks you to confirm contact information.

Do not worry if you have not received this, it has only gone to those people who have not actively been in touch in the last two years.

And a big thank you to those of you who have received and completed the form – it really helps us ensure we’re supporting everybody properly.
