Supporting someone with mental health problems can be very challenging. Join ACS for a chance to talk to our experienced staff, meet other carers and look at what support is available.

Mental health carer support group

Caring for someone with mental health problems can be particularly challenging. This covers a very wide range of conditions, but carers for people with these conditions can share similar challenges.

Join ACS’s Adult Carer Support Manager, Rachel Brennan to exchange ideas with other carers and find out about the support available.

Note that we have a separate group for carers supporting adolescents and young adults, looking at the particular demands and difficulties of that age-group and also a group for carers supporting a partner. Find out more here.

How to join us

This will be a video meet up using Zoom and is open to all our registered carers although spaces are limited.

If you’ve not used Zoom before, we have a handy guide below which will talk you through it.
