Alison is a former Chartered Surveyor and now Executive Coach. She previously cared for her father and understands the challenges caring can bring.

Henrietta has worked in a variety of paid and voluntary charity roles, including with MIND, and Homestart. She had a caring role for her father and appreciates the challenges which carers face and the support that they need.

Martin runs an accountancy practice and is a part-time carer for a family member.

Bim is an accountant with a professional career spanning over 20 years. She helps charities and health businesses improve their financial situations in order to thrive. She was previously a carer to her grandmother and understands how important the work of Action for Carers is.

Hollie’s work at the University of Surrey was where she first encountered young carers – she’s now working to help raise awareness of, and support of all of Surrey’s carers, young people in particular.

Margaret worked for many years in Social Services and Education, and was the Mental Health Champion for Surrey. She's been part of Action for Carers since its inception, and was a carer for her husband.

Rhianna works in fundraising/comms. She's also a carer who has benefitted from Action for Carers' support. She is passionate about supporting young people with a caring role.

Nicola has worked in Education for most of her working life, and is a carer for disabled family members.

Catherine is an employment lawyer, within the Charity Team at Russell-Cooke. She has experience of caring looking after her grandmother.

Rob spent many years as a carer and wants to help carers be cared for themselves. He is Head of Operations at Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, overseeing the care of animals as well as support for people who interact with Battersea every year.

Stephanie works for The Money Charity, working with young people across the UK, and has a background in education and a variety of charity sector roles. She has also been a carer.
