Take some time out from caring with a series of Pilates sessions, as part of our wellbeing programme,
Pilates focuses on strengthening strengthening the body especially core strength, improving both general fitness and overall wellbeing.
This is a six-week course, running on Thursdays from 4th February to 11th March. Places are limited and you will need to be able to join all six sessions.
How to join us for this event…
This will be a video meet up using Zoom and is open to all our registered carers although spaces are limited.
If you’ve not used Zoom before, we have a handy guide below which will talk you through it.
