Is the person you care for in and out of hospital, attending for a long stay, or likely to be admitted?

We have Hospital Carer Advisors in Surrey’s main hospitals, there to help carers like you. The Advisors can help with advice, support, information and work to ensure smooth communications between you and the hospital staff.

One of our Hospital Carer Support Advisors, Sam, will be at the Hersham Hub (10-12pm) to answer any questions you have regarding the support that they and the hospitals can offer.
