When you’re a carer for someone with mobility issues, it’s important to know how to help them correctly – without hurting them, or yourself.
Our Moving and Handling team help carers learn appropriate techniques to move people safely. This session will look at how to get someome safely and simply from sitting, to a standing position.
You can watch the techniques being done, and will have the opportunity to ask qustions of our friendly Advisors.

This will be a video meet up using Zoom and is open to all our registered carers although spaces are limited.
