We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the lives of carers in Surrey, and who are interested in helping us and making a difference.
Volunteering gives me the opportunity to see and hear people in a similar situation to my own and sometimes even worse. I help them a bit just by listening and offering a cuppa. It improves my confidence being around other people which has taken a shattering after my very isolated life of being a carer.
Have you ever considered volunteering?
We have a variety of volunteering opportunities, both on a more regular basis in a fixed location and others that are more ad-hoc.
We provide all our volunteers with a full induction, training and ongoing support.
We don’t want our volunteers to be out of pocket, so we reimburse expenses such as travel.

How much time do I need to volunteer for?
The amount of time needed is different for each role, and depends on how much time you have to give. Some roles require a regular time commitment, others are more flexible or short term only.
Do I need any skills or qualifications?
Our volunteer roles don’t require special skills or qualifications and you will be given an induction and any training you need.
